How it works

Sub out a job straight from the client's assignment (Business Tier).

What changed

A single switch decides whether the pricing goes out. It starts off, so rates stay private unless you turn it on.

With the pricing on, the post order shows the math for just the sites you picked.

Flat fees stay with one site, so post orders for different sites never repeat the same fee.

When you're working a lot of leads, it's hard to remember what happened on every call. Now each call you make from a lead is logged in one tap, with your note waiting where you'll see it next time.

What changed

When you leave a lead after a call, TrustGuard asks how it went: Talked, Voicemail, No answer, Wrong number or No call made.

Add a quick note first, like the name the front desk gave you, and it saves to the lead's Notes.

Your last note shows right under the Call button, so you see it before you dial again.

Voicemail or No answer can set a call-back reminder two days out.

If you have a team, every call also shows in the Activity log with the caller's name.

Guard companies working the West Valley now see new commercial build-outs in Peoria as the city permits them, alongside Tempe.

What changed

Peoria commercial tenant improvements, new commercial tenants and commercial shells now arrive as Signal Leads, about ten a month.

Each card names the business or project and the architect or permit filer behind it.

The first Peoria cards arrive with the morning sweep on September 25.

The Arizona coverage page lists Peoria beside Tempe.

Guard companies in Arizona now get Signal Leads from Tempe: recent break-ins, robberies and vandalism at commercial properties, plus new commercial construction permits.

What changed

A permit card now lists the companies and people named on the permit, each with their role, so you know who to go after before you pick up the phone.

What changed

What changed

Crime cards that group several incidents on one block score higher when the same block is hit again.

The card leads with the newest incident, so its date and expiry come from the latest break-in.

Grouped crime cards read "3 incidents" and list them under Incidents on this block.

The age on a crime card now counts from the incident, not from when it reached your feed.

Buffalo joins New York City as a New York market in Signal Leads. Large commercial building permits in Buffalo now reach your feed with the contractor's business name right on the card.

What changed

Buffalo building permits valued at $500,000 or more are now a Signal Leads source.

Commercial, industrial and community buildings such as schools and clinics are included.

The contractor's business name appears on the card, with a phone number where the city lists one.

Cards carry the project value, the address and the issue date.

Minnesota joins Signal Leads. Commercial building permits issued in Minneapolis now arrive in your feed within days of issue, with the company behind each project named on the card.

What changed

Minneapolis commercial building permits are now a Signal Leads source.

Cards lead with the city's own permit class: commercial remodel, commercial addition or new commercial building.

Each card names the building owner when the city lists a company, and the contractor otherwise.

Reroofs and window replacements are left out, so the feed holds building projects, not routine maintenance.

Washington joins Signal Leads. Commercial break-ins in Seattle now reach your feed as block cards, with the businesses around each one ready to call.

What changed

Seattle commercial burglaries are now a Signal Leads source.

Only incidents where an officer took a written report or made an arrest become cards.

Each card names the offense, the date and the block, and says plainly that the exact business could not be determined.

The call sheet lists the ten nearest businesses within 500 feet of the block, each with a phone number.

When you send a W-9, a certificate of insurance or any vault document, the file now travels with the email itself instead of sitting behind a download link. Stricter company mail filters treat a real attachment as ordinary business mail, so your documents land where the recipient expects them.

What changed

Documents are attached to the email, up to 10 MB in a single send.

Anything larger still arrives as a secure download link that expires in 30 days.

The email lists what is attached and what is a link, so nothing says attached when it is not.

Links in these emails are no longer rewritten for tracking.

When more than one person works an account, the client and the office both want to know who sent what. Every send now carries that answer.

What changed

Post orders, quotes and document sends carry a Sent by line with the sender’s name, role and company, on the email and on the document itself.

The client’s timeline and Documents tab show the sender on each send, so the record reads Post order sent by John.

Managers and reps are named by their own team member record, not the owner’s.

Louisville reports crime incidents by the block, not by the address. So we pulled them, because a lead you can’t contact is a lead you can’t work. Those leads now reach you as block cards, with the businesses on that block ready to call.

What changed

Each block card names the offense, the date and the hundred block, and says plainly that the exact business could not be determined.

The call sheet lists the ten nearest businesses within 500 feet of the reported block, with a phone number.

Add the card to My Leads and the call sheet comes with it, so every business on the list can be worked or added as its own lead.

Some jobs are priced as a single amount for the whole engagement rather than by the hour. Those can now go on a contract.

What changed

A service priced as a flat fee can be sent as a contract.

The contract prints the flat amount as the price of the job.

The contract lists only the charges that apply to that job.

Tennessee joins Signal Leads. Commercial building permits issued in Chattanooga now arrive in your feed the same week they are issued, and most of them carry the contractor’s phone number directly on the card.

Cards lead with the city’s own commercial permit classification.

The contractor name and phone number appear on the card where the city publishes them.

Two more kinds of lead now show up on the Signal Leads coverage page, alongside government contracts, construction permits, layoffs, labor disputes, incident reports and disasters.

What changed

Permitted special events are on the feed in Los Angeles and Louisville: festivals, concerts, film shoots and public gatherings that staff crowd management and access control weeks ahead.

Business expansions and relocations are on the feed in Kentucky, with the state incentive approval that often lands months before the announcement.

The coverage page and the Kentucky page show both as tracking cards with their current reach.

Guard companies selling into North Carolina now get the state's four largest construction markets on the feed every morning.

What changed

Commercial construction permits at $500,000 and up now arrive from Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro and Wilmington.

Raleigh permits carry the contractor's phone and email on most cards, so they arrive ready to call with no reveal needed.

Multifamily construction of five or more units is included as a permit lead.
